Destinations and charges

We serve private and business customers in Estonia and other European Union countries. Delivery availability to your address, carrier, shipping charge and any regional limitations are stated in the written offer. Delivery is not included in catalogue unit prices. Free delivery is not assumed.

Preparing an order

The offer to be accepted specifies the exact product model, quantity, availability, payment terms and delivery timing. An enquiry is not treated as an order before these details are agreed. Bulk quantities and oversized items require individual transport arrangements.

Delivery timing and delays

We deliver within the agreed time. Under a consumer contract, goods will be delivered within 30 days after the contract is concluded unless a different period has been expressly agreed. We notify you of delays. If goods are still not delivered within a reasonable additional period set by the consumer, the consumer may terminate the contract and request a refund. An additional period is not required in the cases provided by law.

Receiving goods

Where possible, inspect the packaging and goods on receipt. Contact us with your order details and, if available, photographs of damage or missing items. For consumer orders, we bear the risk of accidental loss or damage until the goods reach the consumer or their nominated third party, subject to statutory exceptions. Missing photographs or a courier damage note do not remove your statutory rights.

Failed delivery and special arrangements

Please provide accurate delivery and contact information. Any actual additional redelivery cost is agreed in advance. Installation, removal of an old appliance and delivery under special access conditions are not automatically included. Business delivery schedules and allocation of risk are specified in the offer.

Statutory consumer rights also apply to distance sales contracts concluded by email.

14-day right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, the period starts on receipt of the last item. Send a clear withdrawal statement within that period to kasparborder@atomicmail.io or our registered address. You may use the model below, but no particular form is mandatory.

Returning the goods

Return goods no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. Contact us to coordinate a return; obtaining prior permission is not a condition of exercising your right. Return address: Nova Wellness OÜ, Nõlvaku tn 15-5, Tartu, 50708, Estonia, unless we agree another suitable address. The buyer bears the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind return if informed before the contract was concluded. An estimate for items that cannot be returned by ordinary post will be provided before purchase.

Condition and exceptions

You may inspect goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Handling beyond this may make you responsible for diminished value. Missing original packaging does not, by itself, remove the right to return. Statutory exceptions may apply to genuinely made-to-order goods or sealed health or hygiene goods that become unsuitable for return when unsealed after delivery. An applicable exception must be clearly disclosed before purchase; wellbeing products and textiles are not automatically excluded.

Refunds

We refund payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without a refund fee.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Statutory remedies for non-conforming goods are separate from withdrawal rights. Consumers can make a claim for non-conformity becoming apparent within at least two years after delivery. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering a defect; in Estonia, within two months. Contact kasparborder@atomicmail.io. The seller bears the cost of resolving a valid defect. The initial remedies are free repair or replacement; a price reduction or termination is available in the circumstances provided by law. We respond to complaints within 15 days or explain the reason for delay and the proposed resolution date within that period.

Business customers

The statutory 14-day consumer withdrawal right does not apply to purchases made for business purposes. B2B returns, notification of defects and any additional commercial warranty are agreed in writing. This does not remove liability under applicable law.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and are indicative retail prices for one item or the described set. The final consumer price includes applicable taxes; delivery is specified separately before agreement. Business unit prices, any volume discount and tax treatment are set out in the offer. This website does not take payments or card details. Payment method and due date appear in the agreed offer or invoice; payment is not requested before essential order information is confirmed.

Enquiries and contract formation

The product enquiry button opens your email application with a prepared message. Only you can send that message. An enquiry does not commit you to buy. We provide an offer with product information, quantity, total price, delivery and payment terms. A contract is formed when our final written offer is expressly accepted in the manner stated in that offer. Confirmation and the agreed terms are sent by email on a durable medium.

Delivery, returns and responsibility

The shipping and returns policies form part of these terms. An additional manufacturer warranty is offered only if its scope is confirmed in writing. Statutory consumer rights are not limited. Complaints and disputes

First send your complaint to kasparborder@atomicmail.io, describing your order and requested remedy. We respond within 15 days or explain the delay and proposed resolution date. If no agreement is reached, consumers may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or a competent court. The European Consumer Centre Estonia can assist with cross-border matters.

Applicable law and updates

Estonian law applies. EU consumers retain the mandatory protections of their country of residence and the right to bring proceedings in a competent court. Separate written B2B terms may be agreed. Updates apply to future contracts; an existing contract is not changed unilaterally.

Information we use

When you email us, we receive your email address, name and information you voluntarily include. Purposes and legal bases

Answering enquiries and fulfilling orders relies on steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Limited processing for security and legal claims relies on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), balanced against your rights. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Email enquiries and service providers

An enquiry button prepares a message in your device’s email application. The website itself does not send or store that message. We receive it only after you send it. Email and hosting providers, an appointed carrier, accounting providers and lawfully authorised bodies may process data where necessary. We do not sell personal data. Appropriate data protection arrangements are used with service providers; processing outside the EEA requires a valid transfer basis and appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Enquiries that do not result in a purchase are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless needed longer for an open issue or claim. Contract and billing information is kept for the period required by applicable law and, where necessary, for legal claims. Technical logs are kept as needed for security and service operation. The session storage record ends when the browser tab or session ends.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
